Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales person to focus on new growth opportunities.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on new business development and growing existing accounts.
- Research target companies and network internally and externally to identify new prospect leads.
- Meet defined sales goals and objectives.
- Provide backup for other Sales team members.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports and support monthly, quarterly and annual forecast development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree preferred with a business major.
- 3-5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, e-Commerce, or other relevant experience may be substituted.
- Experience building relationships, negotiating and communicating with customers, vendors, and other key decision-makers both internally and externally.
- Prior experience managing others preferred.
- Experience working in a highly accountable work place.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Strong interpersonal, human relations, and problem solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work and play hard and smart.
